About Us
Active Hire is a privately owned and operated Queensland company, with 4 branches in the suburbs of Hendra, Rocklea, Beenleigh and Hemmant.
We opened our doors for business in April 81.
We initially focused on supplying the rental equipment needs of the building trades and home handyman.
The owners noticed that there were many types of equipment of a specialised nature, which were being called for by customers who could not find a supplier, we broadened our range of equipment to cater for this specialty range of equipment that other companies do not carry as well as maintaining our traditional lines of equipment.
The owners began to buy orphan, rare and specialised equipment in order to meet the customer’s needs and to create a reputation of having all the equipment that the other hire companies do not keep.
At Active Hire we believe that our extensive range of specialty equipment for industrial maintenance and the construction industry as well as our large range of equipment for the home handyman is second to none.
We have established a reputation within the industry as a supplier of unusual and hard to find equipment, as the saying goes,
“If anyone has it Active Hire will have it ”
